Weekly lets are currently from Saturday to Saturday but this is changing to Friday to Friday from 21 October 2011. Mid week breaks may be available subject to availability. A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. Bookings are confirmed in writing. Balance is due 28 days before arrival date or payment in full if arrival date is less than 28 days.
Short breaks minimum 3 nights *(excluding Bank Holidays - see below) are £65 per night for either property. Prices for short breaks include linen for two people, electricity and heating. Payment in full required at time of booking for all short breaks.

Arrival time on day of arrival 3pm onwards. Please confirm your expected time of arrival. Please vacate your property by 10am on the day of your departure at the very latest.
